In-Home Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.
In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

SL Track Technology
The quad-style massage roller follows your spine's "S" contour. The track is shaped like an "L" that allows for a longer track for the massage roller. The roller starts at your neck, follows the contour of your spine, and then wraps underneath your glutes. Perfect after a long day of work or recovery from playing sports.
Body Scan Technology
The body scanning of the Alpina will start at the beginning of the program. The scan detects your shoulders, neck, and key parts of your back to ensure consistent pressure throughout your massage.
Ache Sensor
There are sensors located on the armrest to rest your fingers on. This Ache sensor is a unique feature that allows the Alpina to sense where you have tension and knows where to focus the massage where you need it most.
Zero Gravity Recline
When the Osaki OS-Pro Alpina reclines back, the legrest will rise to about your heart level. During this zero-gravity recline, the effects of gravity are distributed across your body. This helps to decompress your spine and take the strain off your muscles and joints. It's also the perfect position for a massage.
Foot Rollers
Along the bottom of the footrest are spinning massage rollers and airbags that target the soles of your feet. This reflexology massage will help to work out the tension in your feet after a long day.
Next Generation Airbag Massage
There are 22 next-generation airbags located at the arms, hips, shoulders, calves, and feet. The airbags are engineered with the latest technology that allows for more massage coverage while using fewer airbags, helping to increase reliability.
