In-Home Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.
In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

Osaki OS-Pro 3D Tecno Massage Chair
The Osaki OS-Pro 3D Tecno Massage Chair features a 3D massage roller that travels along an SL-Track for an incredible massage experience. The Air Compression Massage will send you to a deep state of relaxation as the zero gravity recline position will make you feel like you are floating on a cloud. The Tecno also features lumbar and foot heat therapy, space-saving, Bluetooth speakers, nine automatic programs, and a calf and foot kneading massage.

3D Massage
The Osaki OS-Pro 3D Tecno is outfitted with an advanced 3D massage with customizable depth for any situation. Choose between five degrees of strength & speed; additionally, the cycle through five unique settings of your 3D massage.
SL-Track
The Tecno features an SL-Track that follows the natural shape of your spine. The L-shaped track allows for a massage starting at the back of the head, neck, and shoulders, traveling down the spine, and contouring underneath the glutes to target the back of the thighs.
Body Scan
Once you have selected an automatic program, the Osaki OS-Pro 3D Tecno will scan and map the various points along your shoulders and back. The body scan ensures the proper placement of the rollers and consistent pressure.
Compression Massage
The Osaki OS-Pro 3D Tecno applies just the right amount of pressure and motion for a relaxing compression massage covering your shoulders, arms, waist, calves, and feet. The 40 airbags gently embrace your body to provide soothing, rhythmic compressions.
Zero Gravity Position
Forget all your stress as your body is gently shifted to a state of weightlessness. The Zero Gravity recline positions your body to spread gravity’s pull across your body, reducing the compression along your spine.
Space Saving
With the Tecno’s space-saving recline, the chair slowly shifts forward as it reclines backward, only requiring a minimum of two inches from the nearest wall.
Programs
The Osaki OS-Pro 3D techno massage chair features nine programs using Kneading, Tapping, Shiatsu, Clapping, and Rolling massage techniques. Chose from: Recover, Deep Tissue, Chinese, Midday Nap, Thai, Rejuvenate, Relax, Neck & Shoulder, and Strengthen.
Automatic Footrest
The footrest extends outward up to 8.5”. As the footrest retracts back, press out with your feet to where you need it.
Calf Kneading
Release built-up tension in your legs with the deep kneading calf massage. The combination of air compression and advanced kneading technology with help to soothe your pains.
Dual Foot Rollers
Treat yourself to an incredible foot massage from the foot rollers of the Osaki OS-Pro 3D Tecno massage chair. Choose from 5 levels of intensity.
Heat Therapy
Relieve unwanted tension through the lumbar and foot heating modes. Use both at the same time or target your problem area specifically.
