In-Home Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.
In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

The Osaki OS-4000XT massage chair features an L-Track system with 2 step stage gravity, 6 auto programs, ache sensor, space-saving technology, reflexology foot massage, full body air compression massage, and Bluetooth speakers. Choose from one of the 6 automatic programs, or use the ache sensor for the OS-4000XT to customize a massage just for your body.
Osaki OS-4000XT Features
L-Track Technology
The Osaki OS-4000XT features the latest L-Track technology. This allows the massage rollers to start at the neck and down the tailbone, and then extend further under the glutes and to the hamstrings.
Ache Sensor
The Osaki OS-4000XT massage chair features an all-new Ache Sensor that detects the aching point of your body. Just rest both of your hands naturally on the sensors in the armrests, and the massage will be focused on the collected aching points accordingly.
Reflexology Foot Massage
The OS-4000XT has one spinning reflexology massage roller located on the bottom of the feet that provides a soothing kneading massage. As the rollers spin. they will stimulate acupuncture points and as the airbags inflate it will generate a much deeper massage along the bottoms of your feet.
2 Stage Zero Gravity
Inspired by NASA technology, the Zero gravity position is the perfect position to enjoy a massage. The OS-4000XT reclines while the footrest raises that aligns your back relative to your thigh at an optimal level of comfort. When reclined into the zero-gravity position, the complete weight of your back is virtually supported by the backrest which maximizes the intensity of the massage and reduces compression along the spine.
Space Saving Technology
Osaki's innovative design team has engineered a space-saving technology that slides the chair forward as the chair reclines. As a result, the OS-4000XT requires only 2 inches behind it to get to the fully reclined position.
Full Body Air Compression Massage
There are 24 airbags located in the shoulder, arms, calf, and feet to offer a full body massage experience. The compression massage helps to increase blood circulation throughout the body and helps to relieve tension and pain. You can adjust the intensity of the air compression massage through 5 levels.
Automatic Programs
The Osaki OS-4000XT massage chair has 6 different automatic massage programs that will help bring you relief. The programs are the Neck/Shoulder, Strengthen, Relax, Thai, Recover, and Sleeping.
Massage Techniques and Manual Massage
The Osaki OS-4000XT massage chair comes with a manual mode so you can pinpoint a desired massage for a specific area of your body. The OS-4000XT can perform Kneading, Tapping, Swedish, Clapping, Rolling, and Shiatsu. You can either pinpoint a specific spot on your back for the massage or massage by sections of the body.
Lumbar Heat Therapy
The OS-4000XT has 2 heating pads located on the back area, which enhances the effect of the massage. The heat helps to warm your core increasing circulation and reduces tension and stress.
Bluetooth Speakers
The Osaki OS-4000XT massage chair is equipped with Bluetooth technology that allows you to listen to your favorite music on high-quality speakers located in the headrest. The 4D surround sound system has four speakers located in the headrest and side panel areas.
Extendable Footrest
The OS-4000XT has a spring-loaded extendable footrest which can be extended up to 6.5 inches manually by pushing out with your legs.
Easy to Use LCD Remote Control
The Osaki OS-4000XT remote has an easy view screen displaying the function the massage chair has activated. On the remote, it allows you to select the massage type, intensity, and location.
