- Keep the Box for 30 Days: Please keep the original box and all packaging during the first 30 Days. We cannot accept returns if it is not in the original packaging. *Please note there is a $450 charge for a new box.
- Keep it clean: The Svago recliner must be returned in like-new condition with no scratches or tears.
- Keep all the info together: During the 30-day trial period, keep all the paperwork, parts, and accessories together. These must be returned as well for us to accept the return.
- In-Home Delivery is Non-Refundable: In-Home Delivery or In-Home Delivery and Setup is an added service performed by a 3rd party and is non-refundable.
