Doesn't massage the neck and shoulders
"I bought this mostly for my feet and neck and shoulders. The Auto program for the Neck and Shoulders doesn't go anywhere near the neck or shoulder area. Here is what my chair does for any of the Auto program buttons: Neck & Shoulders = IV Does the feet and legs and bottom, small of back, and never goes higher than the mid back. Lower Back = II and V Does the feet and legs and bottom, small of back, and mid back. Vigorous = I and V Does the feet and legs and bottom, small of back, and mid back. Gentle = III Does the feet and legs and bottom, small of back, mid back, and a little higher. Almost touches the bottom of the shoulder blades. Relax = V Does the feet and legs and bottom, small of back, and mid back. Rollers finally move up to the shoulders, but just stay there for a few seconds without massaging, then move back down to the mid back before starting the massaging motion. Demo = II Does the feet and legs and bottom, small of back, mid back, and a little higher up the back. But does more massaging than the 'Gentle' cycle. Still no neck or shoulders massage. So the only way to massage my neck and shoulders is to use the 'Manual' button and use the Arrows to move the massaging rollers to my neck. I am only 5'8" tall, so it's not like I have a long torso. So I am not very happy spending over a thousand dollars on this chair.
