In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

The Flex, Tone, and Stretch replicate the human hands are by the use of rollers in the chair back. These rollers have been designed to mimic various massage techniques that provide a wide array of therapeutic benefits to your spine. Easy-to-use buttons allow your muscles to get exactly what they need, based on your needs.
- Stretch - The stretch technique kneads your back in small circular motions on both sides of your spine at the same time stretching the muscles to the side.
- Flex - The massage strokes are alternating rapid strokes that stimulate the spinal muscles and joints. This type of percussive massage is used in sports therapy.
- Tone - Tone combines the circular kneading motions stretching the muscles and the rapid tapping percussion strokes to really work your back muscles.

Good looking chair, great value
"This is not the chair I wanted to buy, but it is a very good compromise. Due to a door frame limitation, I could not buy the more fancy chair because it would not fit through the door. The human touch chair looks great. It’s not big and bulky like some of the fancier chairs. It’s also less complicated so fewer things to break. So far I have only two minor complaints: the head rest cushion doesn’t stay in place, and there is no “zero G” button. Overall I’m satisfied. Purchase and delivery both went smoothly."
