The Infinity IT-8500 Plus massage chair comes equipped with a quad style massage roller with a 30" track length that can massage your lower lumbar area all the way to your neck. This will accommodate people from 5'1" to 6'4" in height, and the three width adjustments will fit most body styles. The Quad Style roller means there are a total of four massage heads to emulate human hands. As the roller moves up and down along your back, it follows the S shape curve of your spine for an accurate and precise massage with six adjustable speeds to customize your massage.

"We have had our chair now for 7 years. One of the best health investments we have made. The company backs up its products with the best warranty in the business. When we first got ours it had some issues. They sent out a tech but he couldn't fix it. They sent us a new chair to replace it! Never had a problem since. It is used by all 8 of our children and our grandchildren too...but my wife and I appreciate it the most...2-3 times a week we each use it before bed. Haven't needed a massage therapist in years."

"I had a glitch with my Infinity 8500 sound system. Matt had an tech rep from infinity call me within 24 hours. The rep gave me a couple of "fixes" (I was at my health club at the time). He stressed that they should resolve the problem, but emphasized that I should not hesitate to call I for advanced supp if it didn't work! His recommendations solved the problem! Thanks to the Emassagechair staff!"

Verry Happy with My Chair Have had it for 11 months

"This is a Great product. It may seem a little rough at first But once You get use to it You will love it. I use it every Day. Saves Me a lot of Chiropractor Visits. Most of the time I can Tell when I pull my lower Back, I just Get in the Chair and do the Extend Setting . That is usually the end of My Back pain. I often Fall asleep in the Chair. I love the 45 minute Setting. Would not want to be with out it.."

Finally a Strong Massage Chair

"I tried a couple different chairs at brookstone and relax the back and I wasn't very impressed. I was recommended this chair by the sale person because of the "deep" massage roller. I have pains in my neck and there's a cool program that uses the airbags in the pillow which I really like. The extend program also works great in stretching out my back. Thanks for the help, I use my chair every day."

Much Better Than Expected

"I must admit I was skeptical of this chair because I saw some bad reviews. My experience has been great and this chair is exactly what I needed. The foot massage and the way the chair squeezes my body makes me very relaxed. I like the strength of the back massage and on days I'm not in the mood for something so strong I lay a small pillow over the back. I've had my chair for 6 months and a lot of my body aches have started to go away for good."

Nice and Deep!

"I had the chance to try a similar Infinity chair at a trade show, and was very impressed with the massage - it was really deep and hit me in all the right spots. So i decided to purchase one, and couldn't be happier. The foot massage is nice and intense, perfect for after a long day of hiking. It also has a waist sway program, that my wife really loves. Installation was also fairly easy, however I do suggest having at least one other person to assist."

"I love my Infinity IT-8500. Very relaxing after a long day at the office and I love to use after my workouts.The only problem that I have had is with the Arm Massage. I contacted Emassagechair to help out, turns out I needed to make a minor adjustment. There was a minor pinch in the airhose from when I put it together. Everything is working great now!"
