Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.
In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

The Inner Balance Ji massage chair combines both S and L track technology for the ultimate massage experience. "This was the only chair that we found that had the heat in the back, arms, and calves and the only one with calf rollers and foot rollers and L track with this price. We got a good deal and the chair came in 7 days. The chair is comfy and gives a very good massage. There is a big pad that you can sit on if you’re not using the chair and want to sit there. The fabric is very nice and the chair is well built. We are confident that it will last a long time. We mostly use it for workout recovery and find that it definitely helps. We feel like a million bucks and our family and friends do too! Haha. Maybe we should start charging a fee :P Totally excited to use this chair for years and years."
