In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

With the touch of the button, you are able to recline the Inner Balance Wellness Jin to 160 degrees. The ottoman can also be raised to put you in a perfect position for massage and relaxation. Pressing the power button will reset the massage chair to the upright position.
The footrest utilizes airbags to massage your calf muscles, as well as the instep and soles of your feet. The stationary Shiatsu nodes on the bottom of your feet work in conjunction with the airbags to provide relief. The footrest also extends an additional 6” to accommodate taller users.

"If I was a bit taller, I'd give it 5 stars. Seemed like some of the programs didn't fit to my 5'4" frame. My toes felt like it missed out on the foot message...it'd be nice if it formed to my short body frame to be more effective. Otherwise, it's well worth the price. Easy to relax and fall asleep."

"We just wanted to thank you for making it possible for us to have our own masseuse right in our home. "Jin" is fantastic. After a frustrating day of unpacking and reading the very scanty instructions, we got the 10 screws in place. Thank you for directing us to your video clip of the chair, so we could figure out how to move the adjustable shoulder attachments. Once we finally began using the Jin, Wow! After a few hours, my wife even let me use the chair(she said she was "experimenting"- for at least two hours). She told me to try the FLEX and the THERAPY. These were absolutely amazing programs. "Having the chair for just a few days, we are happy we decided to do this. I’m a truck driver and my wife is a teacher and we were both finding that our bodies were sore in so many places from daily work related things. My low back and butt are so sore from driving for days and getting in this chair is such a relief. Back feels better than it has in years. The wife wanted this one for the foot and calf massage, her feet always hurt from standing pretty consistent all day. She is happy with it and really likes the compression giving her new feet she says. We both are happy and this thing is built well. Its heavy to get inside but was no problem for me. A rolling furniture dolly males the job easier if you have one."
"We just got our new chair! This was a family present so that we can all get into a little better health for the new year and we are so excited to use it everyday. We have 2 grown boys, 19 and 23 that both play basketball/football…soccer (very active…) so it was important that they could fit in the chair and enjoy it too. There are these adjustable shoulder bags that you can slide up or down so that it great for tall people (ours are about 6’3 now?) The foot rest on this chair pushes out easily and foot rollers feel good with air to press the foot all over. The calf rollers are really nice though I like to wear pants because I am a little sensitive. The boys never wear pants and are totally fine. I love the heat in the calves and the arms, there are not other chairs that have the extra heat there. The major selling point for us was that the rollers reach farther into the thigh area than most L chairs and that did not disappoint. The rollers are smooth and nice and seem to get the muscle tissue well back there! We have already started telling our friends about this chair and Heather! Thanks Heather, your help is exactly what we needed."
