In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

"My husband is a larger fellow, 6 foot 4 and 310, and I'm pretty petite, and our Luraco fits us both great. It was our primary concern buying since most of the chairs are not large enough for him and still fit me! We have had it for over a month now, we have the chocolate color and it looks nice with our furniture. My chronic back pain keeps me up night so I usually use the night mode massage and use the heat to help me relax before bed. I wake up refreshed now, which is more than I can say about any other remedy I've tried. Thanks for the help and great recommendation. We are quite happy with our chair!"

"We received out Luraco about 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. We gave it 5 stars and would give it more if it were possible. We spent a lot of time researching. My wife and I wanted something that would work for both and that was also of good quality. After contacting Emassagechair we spoke with Heather, she was absolutely amazing. Throughout our conversations, we learned about the different brands and what would work for best for us. We found that shopping for a massage chair can get overwhelming really quickly - there are just so many brands and features. Heather listened very well to what we were looking for and was able to narrow down our choices. We liked the idea of buying a made in USA massage chair, and we really wanted a nice deep massage. We also wanted the zero-gravity feature. We have been using the chair day and night since we received it, and it is everything it is advertised to be. The quality is actually nicer than we thought, and the remote is very easy to use. It's kind of like a smartphone, and it has a touch screen. We decided not get the white glove delivery even though we wanted it, but we couldn't wait to get our new chair. "Everything went perfectly! The shipping schedule was exact, and the delivery was perfect. The delivery team offered to set it up for us for a small fee, and we jumped on it. The unit is a dream. The advice is to use it every other day. We tried to follow, but now make sure we use at least one of the multiple options each day. The results have been the biggest surprise. follow that advice. We now see more body flexibility and fewer aches."
