Precision 3D Massage Mechanism

The Milan’s 3D rollers do more than travel up and down the backrest; they also push forward and draw back, changing how firmly each technique presses into the muscles.

Five 3D depth levels, along with five strength settings, five speeds, and three roller widths, let you shape the massage anywhere from soft and gentle to noticeably firm.

SL-Track System

The SL-Track follows the S-shaped curve of the spine and then continues under the seat, carrying the rollers from the neck through the back, waist, and hips to the glutes.

Because the rollers keep going past the lower back, the upper body and seat area are covered in one continuous pass instead of separate zones.

Leg Vibration Massage

A vibration function built into the leg rest sends a steady, rhythmic pulse through the lower legs while the rollers work on your back.

One press in the remote’s Advanced menu turns it on or off, so you can add it to any program or leave it out for a quieter session.

Lower Back Heating Therapy

Heating elements in the lower backrest spread gentle warmth across the lumbar area, at roughly 75–83°F according to Osaki.

Switch it on from the Advanced menu to add a layer of warmth that can make a longer massage feel more comfortable.

3-Stage Zero Gravity Recline

Three preset zero gravity positions tilt the backrest back and lift the legs, so your weight is shared more evenly between the seat and the backrest.

Choose Zero Gravity 1, 2, or 3 from the Position menu, or fine-tune the angle with the backrest recline and incline keys.

Space-Saving Technology

As the Milan reclines, the seat glides forward instead of swinging the backrest toward the wall, so it needs only about 10 inches of clearance behind it.

That makes it easier to place in an apartment, bedroom, or reading corner where floor space is limited.

300° Swivel Base

The Milan rests on a star-shaped swivel base that turns through 300 degrees, letting you face the TV, a window, or the rest of the room without moving the chair.

Rotating the seat toward you before you sit down also makes getting in and out of the chair simpler.

Osaki covers the Milan in fine genuine leather over generously padded, rounded cushions, giving it the feel of a lounge chair rather than a machine.

Connect the Milan to the Osaki Home app for iOS or Android over Bluetooth, and you can choose programs and adjust chair settings from your phone.

It is a convenient alternative to the remote when your phone is already in your hand.

Handheld Remote with Display

The handheld remote pairs a display screen with a directional pad, so moving through the Auto, Manual, Advanced, Local Massage, Position, and Settings menus takes only a few presses.

Dedicated keys handle power, pause, backrest recline and incline, the session timer, and your saved custom programs.

Armrest Quick Shortcut Panel

A row of buttons set into the armrest turns the chair on or off, pauses or resumes the massage, and moves the backrest without reaching for the remote.

Another button cycles through six of the automatic programs, each marked by its own indicator light color, and a USB-C port sits right beside the controls.

The preset list includes Elder, Relax, Relief, Sports, Vitality, Young, Recover, Wellness, and Rejuvenate routines for different moods and energy levels.

Three targeted programs, Neck + Back, Back + Waist, and Waist + Buttock, concentrate the rollers on one region when that is where you want the attention.

5 Manual Massage Modes

Manual mode lets you pick the technique yourself: kneading, tapping, shiatsu, clapping, or rolling.

Kneading, tapping, and shiatsu each have a second mode for variety, and the spot and partial keys hold the rollers on a single point or a chosen area.

Adjustable Massage Settings

3D depth, strength, and speed each have five levels, and the roller width switches between narrow, normal, and wide.

Before an auto program begins, the chair scans for your shoulder height, which you can nudge up or down, and the timer can be set from 5 to 30 minutes.

Bluetooth Speakers

Speakers in the headrest wings play music or other audio from a paired phone or tablet over Bluetooth while you relax.

USB-C Charging Port

A USB-C port on the armrest shortcut panel keeps a phone or tablet charged during your session.
