In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

"The chair looks very lovely, and the massage feels great! It is incredibly smooth, and the air compression is a nice intensity. In my previous model, the air massage squeezed too hard and was not very adjustable. On the Sigma, it is not too intense, and you have an intensity setting that makes it easy to adjust. I love all the programs, but the manual setting is the best for targeting specific areas. The zero gravity recline is incredible too. Considering the improvement in the quality of life of just using the chair a few times a week, I highly recommend buying one. It is worth the investment."
Great massage chair except for neck
"My sister and I use this chair EVERYDAY and we get much relief from it. I have tried almost every option available and there are a lot of options. I really like how you can pick a programmed option but still activate the foot massager while the program is running. The one thing I am not very pleased with is the neck massager. Not much pressure there. The rest of the functionality is fabulous!"
