In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

"So we had an older Panasonic Massage Chair which lasted almost 15 years. It started to fade and weaken so we started to look into a new chair. Well we discovered that massage chairs have changed drastically over the last 15 years. We tried numerous chairs and decided we loved the Osaki Maestro. However, there were a few cons that made us inquire about other chairs. The price, slight noise, heat rollers were more warm than hot and other chairs offered more customized control of each feature. Confession: We heard about this new Osaki chair coming out that met all of these concerns. The Osaki First Class. So we bought it. And then returned it and immediately searched for the Pro Maestro, convinced our first choice was right. We came across Emassagechair and made contact with Rhonda and Heather. The best customer service from the beginning. Easily the best price as they matched Costco. And by far the best chair we've ever sat in. And my wife and I sat in at least 15 chairs. The strength of the 4d is by far tops in the market. It's the only chair that we need to ramp down the intensity. All other chairs were adequate at full strength. The SL Track going all the way under the glutes is critical for a full back massage. The rollers actually feel like really strong hands. The feet rollers separate this chair from any other chair. We were hesitant to choose another chair after putting our feet in the Maestro and quickly learned that no chair we've tested compared with these feet rollers. They don't roll, they knead like strong hands. We love that there is a functioning phone app as well as the retractable hand held remote. Both haves functions that are easily functional to customize your massage. And one quick point about the bluetooth feature that wasn't available on the newer First Class. Might not be a biggie for some but was for me. On the First Class, when the massage ended, so did the bluetooth connection. So whatever you were listening to, it automatically disconnected. Had to restart the chair and reconnect to continue listening. On the Maestro, you can connect to bluetooth and listen to all content uninterrupted. And the sound from the speakers are awesome at low or high volume. When connected to bluetooth, the chair actually becomes silent and you have a very relaxing massage, even on low volume. I wish the remote chord was a bit longer and had a lock spring but it's still much, much better than a handheld on a remote stand. We are loving it and use it at least once per day. A great investment even though it's a bit pricey but what is our health worth. Highly recommend it and highly recommend Emassagechair. Chat with Rhonda or Heather. The Best !!"

I have been looking for a massage chair for few years and have tried many different chairs at different stores but did not satisfy with any one because there were no pressure at all. . I am very picky and need a chair that can do a deep tissues massage and have a function of rolling in and out with intensity of pressing into my lower back.
