In-Home Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.
In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

Otamic Pro-3D Signature Massage Chair
The Otamic Pro-3D Signature Massage Chair is a 3D adjustable massage chair with an advanced SL-track rolling system. In addition, the Signature comes equipped with a computer body scan, full-body airbag massage, zero gravity recline, 21 auto massage programs with five memory programs, calf kneading, intelligent voice control, and more.

The SL-Track rollers contour to your spine's natural curvature and offer a therapeutic massage from your neck to your thighs.
Advanced 3D Massage
The advanced 3D rollers are programmed with five levels of 3D adjustment, speed, strength, airbag intensity, and width adjustment. You can adjust how deep your massage is at any time during your massage from light to deep to accommodate your daily needs.
Body Scan Technology
The Otamic Pro-3D Signature massage chair will perform a body scan to map the critical areas of the neck and back to ensure consistent pressure during your massage. In addition, the scanning technology will detect your shoulders height, which can be re-calibrated once the scan is complete.
Voice Recognition
The Otamic Pro-3D Signature has a microphone located near the quick controls, offering intelligent voice recognition. For example, say "Hi Alice" and control the massage chair with 15 different phrases.
3 Stage Zero Gravity Recline
The Otamic Pro-3D Signature massage chair has a zero-gravity recline giving you a weightless feeling helping to decompress your spine. In addition, zero-gravity helps to keep you in the same position for a better therapeutic massage.
Full Body Compression Massage
The Signature is engineered with efficiency in mind, including the entire airbag system in the chair. There are 44 airbags in the massage chair at the shoulders, arms and hands, lumbar, calves, and feet. Five intensity levels are available independently adjusted between the lower and upper body. On the hands are specially designed magnetic therapy.
Automatic Programs
The Otamic Pro-3D Signature has 21 extensive automatic programs with combinations of different massage styles that focus on other areas of your body. Create your massage and save it in one of the five memory slots available.
Manual Massage Programs
There are manual massage programs such as full range, local, fixed point, upper back, and lower back so you can focus a massage right where you need it. In addition, there are 11 massage techniques to choose from.
Space Saving Technology
The Signature slides forwards to create more space-saving from the wall to allow the chair to be within 2 inches away from the wall—maximizing living space in your home.
Heat Therapy
Heating pads on the lumbar area offer heat therapy. Heating the body's temperature increases blood circulation and loosens tense muscles.
Reflexology Foot Massage
Three sets of rollers massage, roll and scrape along the bottom and arch of the feet with three speed levels available. Airbags located at the feet help to hold your feet in place and push down to allow the roller to massage deeper.
Calf Massage
There is both a calf roller and a calf kneading function. Airbags inflate and deflate for a compression massage and rotate in a circular motion that kneads the calves. Scraping on the back of the calves is applied with massage rollers.
Automatic Footrest Extension
The footrest can be extended up to 6.5" to ensure the perfect length. The leg rest extends outwards and then retracts inwards. As the leg rest retracts, apply pressure to stop it right where you need it.
Dial Controls
A dial located on the left armrest allows you to power up or powers down or quickly adjust the 3D depth of your massage.
Wireless Charging
A wireless charging pad is available in the Otamic Pro-3D Signature massage chair. Conveniently charge your smartphone while you relax.
Bluetooth Speakers
Play your music, podcasts, audiobooks, and more through the Bluetooth speakers located in the headrest of the Otamic Pro-3D Signature massage chair.
Remote Control
The slim remote control gives your access to your massage experience with a menu system on an LCD screen. Choose from English or Chinese Languages.
