The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

Okay, but not great.
"I had the original Circ chair and loved it. Naturally, I wanted to move up in features for my next massage chair, and staying with Synca was a no-brainer. The Plus is still excellently compact, and the recline function is a nice feature, but that's almost where the good ends. While there's some great feeling massages within the programed selections, there's no way to isolate the movements you like, even in manual mode (which is one singular type of massage, a vibrating function, or a combination of them both - no other selections are available). Speaking of the preprogrammed settings, they are simply too harsh. I'm 40, decently fit and active with a high pain tolerance, but once the rollers reach the top of the hips/lower back, they dig in and cause real pain and uncomfortableness. The remote does have buttons to decrease or increase the pressure, but there was little to no change on how it felt. It ended up causing my wife and I to use a small pillow at the lumbar section just to use the chair, but then it muffled the feeling too much and we couldn't feel it. On the otherside of the coin, the neck and shoulder massage portion is often too weak due to the thickness of the headrest pad. One last main complaint is how the chair reacts when it is finished. The few times I made myself sit through an entire setting, at the end, the chair automatically stops and sits you back in the most upright position. So say you did find some relaxation during the massage, you will have no choice to continue staying in a reclined position to sleep or soak in the massage before it just lurches your forward. It's quite a strange design flaw (in my opinion) to put on a massage chair where many people look forward to falling asleep/relaxing and then having the ability to stay in the most comfortable reclined position after it's completed it's program. It's so close to being the perfect chair, but too many unselectable options and lack of real pressure control leading to pain (the opposite of what you want in a massage chair), take away from the few positives."

"It is a simple and strong massage chair. Many of friends don’t even notice it in my living room. Other chairs looked like rocket ships and took over my whole room. It does great back and neck work and a bit of butt as well. I can’t get the heating pad around the thighs to work yet. I will work on it. But it goes and goes for as long as you like. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a life long simple massage chair. It’s like having a forever friend willing to give you free massages."

"Yes!! We finally found the perfect chair for us. My husband has been hunting for a chair for about 6 months and they are so huge and bulky that I would never agree to. He wanted a chair that would recline and massage the glutes but there were not any that were not also enormous, until this one! It looks so nice, its comfy for us both, we both use it now. We are thinking about adding one to the office upstairs. We have the gray one and the color combo is perfect. The massage is way more than we expected."

"My neighbor has the Circ and I have been planning on ordering it for a while and went to the site and saw this new Circ Plus. This chair is super similar to the Circ but it has recline and heat for your back and legs. It’s still smaller than a lot of chairs so it doesn’t take up the whole room like some of the massage chairs. I’m impressed with the glute massage and the targeted programs. The chair covers so much of the body yet remains luxurious looking and can be tucked away if we want. Highly recommend it. Also, I should mention that I’m 6 ft and approaching 200 lbs. This chair fits me well and I’m very comfortable in it. I believe it is a couple inches wider than the other Circ model."
