In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

Advanced 3D Technology
The Titan Prestige comes standard with 3D technology that gives you control over the overall intensity of the massage by moving the rollers in and out with four levels of depth. Unlike most 3D massage chairs on the market, the chair lets you adjust the depth at any point in the massage, whether you’re in an auto mode or a manual mode. There are five levels of speed adjustment and two levels of width adjustment available.

Nice Chair
"Being a new chair for 2020, there are very few (virtually no) reviews for this chair as of yet. So we ultimately based our decision to purchase on the advertised features, functions, looks and emphasis on improvements in reliability. This is our first massage chair, so we have no benchmark to compare against. We have had our chair for a few days now and have tried out every feature and function it offers. The chair has 6 pre-set programs which made us a little reluctant at first since many chairs in its price range come with more. However, for us, the manual massage control capabilities offset the fewer number of programs. You have the ability to customize your massage very precisely. In our experience, it seems like you can manually control every massage component offered with this chair. You can also control the intensity/depth of the 3D rollers as well as the airbag intensity and the range of adjustment seems to be pretty broad. This is important because the intensity level can get a little high depending on the program you select. Everyone’s tolerance is different. With this level of control, my wife and I have had a very pleasant experience so far and are pleased with the results. Now, there are some things about the chair that we wish were different or better. This chair does not have a motorized leg extension feature. The leg extension is spring activated to keep pressure on your feet for the foot rollers. So there is a little resistance on your legs when you extend the footrest. We didn’t realize this when selecting the chair. I don’t think it would have changed our decision, but feel it is worth noting. If you are taller, this might be something to consider. I would say our biggest issue, is with the remote control. The remote control has no back lighting for the buttons except for a dot of light on each of the six program buttons. So if you are operating the chair in a dark setting, you cannot see the buttons and will need a light source. We use our cell phones. That is a little annoying. Not sure why they would scimp on this. Oh well, it works and that is what matters the most. We rated this chair a 4 out of 5 stars. Overall, we are pleased so far and would recommend it."

"This chair is really good. I use it twice a day, and it is a huge help with my back pain. The massage is the perfect depth for me and leaves my stiff back nice and loose to enjoy the day. The chair looks great and feels very well made. I have to say the chair is exceeding all of my expectations."
