Air cells placed around the body inflate against chosen pressure points and add a gentle stretching squeeze to the muscles underneath.

A bend-and-stretch sequence takes the chair into a deep recline and stretches the legs and spine together, which Human Touch describes as spinal decompression.

The leg rest extends automatically to suit your leg length, and its massage can travel between the lower calf and the knee or stay parked at the spot you pick.

Two lumbar heating zones and a calf heater are controlled separately, and each one has a high and a low setting.

Voice Control and Quick Control Knob

Tell the built-in voice assistant which program you want and the massage starts without reaching for the tablet; voice control works once the chair is on your Wi-Fi network.

A silver knob on the armrest covers the basics: press to power on or start the default program, hold to return upright, and turn it to recline or sit up in steps.

Sound by JBL with Sound Soothe

Speakers tuned by JBL are built into the chair and play Sound Soothe nature soundscapes alongside the massage.

You can also stream your own music or a guided meditation over Bluetooth; Human Touch notes that streamed audio plays through the tablet's speakers.

Thirty-eight presets run from full-body immersion and deep tissue sessions to calmer relaxation and recovery routines, including Meditation and the new Yoga Studio sequence.

Several are 4D programs that change roller speed as they go, which keeps the rhythm from feeling mechanical.

Built-in AI picks up on the settings you prefer and can generate new custom sessions from them, with no fixed limit on how many it creates.
