4D + 3D Dual Massage Mechanism

Two roller mechanisms run at the same time. The upper 4D set covers the neck, shoulders, and back, and the lower 3D set focuses on the glutes and the tops of the hamstrings.

The upper rollers add five levels of 4D intensity and four 4D techniques, changing their pace and depth as they move, while the lower set handles kneading, tapping, and knocking below the waist.

SL-Track System

The SL-Track follows the curve of the spine and then bends under the seat, so the upper rollers can travel from the neck all the way down to the glutes.

Rest a fingertip on the armrest sensor and, within a few seconds, the screen shows readings Osaki lists as heart rate, blood oxygen, microcirculation, and a fatigue index.

AI analysis then recommends one of the automatic programs to start. The readings are a guide for choosing a massage, not a medical assessment.

30-Cell Air Compression

Thirty air cells around the shoulders, arms, calves, and feet inflate and release to squeeze and hold each area.

You can run air on the upper body, lower body, or full body, or switch it off, and set the pressure anywhere from level 1 to level 5.

Calf Kneading Massage

Kneading elements in the leg rest work the backs of the calves with a rolling, scraping motion, while air cells in the leg wells add gentle compression.

Calf kneading has its own on and off button, so you can add it to any program or leave it out.

Reflexology Foot Rollers

Rotating rollers with raised reflexology ridges press into the soles as they turn, alongside the air cells that wrap the feet.

Choose low, medium, or high roller intensity, or turn the rollers off when you only want air compression on the feet.

Lumbar & Calf Heating Therapy

Heating zones in the lower backrest and the calf rests provide gentle warmth, roughly 75–83°F according to Osaki.

Back heat and calf heat switch on separately from the touchscreen, and the warmth builds within about three minutes.

3-Stage Zero Gravity Recline

Three zero gravity presets tilt the backrest and raise the leg rest so your weight spreads more evenly across the chair.

Space-saving design slides the chair forward as it reclines, so Osaki says it needs only about 5 inches of clearance behind it for a full recline.

Automatic Extendable Footrest

After the chair changes position, the leg rest measures your leg length and adjusts itself, extending as much as 6 inches.

Extend and shorten buttons on the touchscreen let you fine-tune the fit so taller and shorter users both reach the foot rollers.

The presets are sorted into Special, Health, Family, and Time tabs, with options such as Total Relax, Thai Massage, Meridian Treatment, Neck & Shoulder Care, Waist Care, Lunch Break, Sport Recovery, and Sweet Dream.

Thai Massage and Meridian Treatment use the leg rest, backrest, and air cells together to hold and stretch the body, and Total Relax reclines you toward a flatter position for a back stretch.

9 Manual Massage Techniques

Manual mode lets you pick knead, tap, knead & tap, knock, shiatsu, or one of four 4D techniques, and choose a spot, partial, or full-back area.

Two Custom slots save a manual session you have built, so you can run it again with one tap.

Adjustable Massage Settings

Roller speed, roller width, 4D intensity, and air pressure each offer five levels, and a Gentle, Soothe, or Strong setting changes the overall intensity.
