In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

4D Massage Robot
The massage robot of the Synca JP1100 delivers an incredible human-like massage. A normal 3D massage goes up and down, side to side, and in and out. The 3D of the JP1100 can extend out 5” for a true deep tissue massage. The 4D adds another layer of speed to the massage. Human hands do not travel at the same speed during a massage, so why should your massage chair?
S-Track Design
The 4D massage robot of the JP1100 follows a track shaped like an S and is more contoured to match the shape of your spine better. The track makes sure the massage heads can reach from the base of your head down to your tailbone.
Double Detection Body Scan
The Synca JP1100 has two body sensors that conduct a complete body scan. This allows for an optimized, personalized massage every time. You’ll get the right depth and consistent pressure every time you sit in the chair.
Shiatsu Reflexology Foot Massage
The Shiatsu Reflexology foot massage of the Synca JP1100 4D massage chair is a first for a Japanese-made chair. The rollers are specially designed that fit the arches of the feet for a penetrating massage. Utilizing Shiatsu massage movements while securely holding the foot with the air compression system near the ankles and insteps simultaneously. It also promotes improved blood circulation when coupled with integrated foot heaters.
Dual Therapeutic Heaters

Near 180 Degree Flat Recline

"The ordering process was fantastic. Heather, phone service agent, was patient, knowledgeable and efficient. She spoke delightfully clear American English so these old ears and blurred eyes could navigate menus and such. Answered what no doubt had to be all too basic questions cheerfully and effectively. The order process with her was straight-forward. The credit process was simple and clear. When a post-sale tracking issue arose days later Heather, and Rhonda, made it go away. Delivery and set up was as advertised..."white glove." Operation of chair a bit less. The owner's operating instructions appear to have been authored by someone outside Earth's solar system. The printed booklet requires 19X magnification to even read the characters, discerning the phraseology, well some UN translators might help. Perhaps a DVD in a language specified during initial order might help. Pictures of each models operating panel would also ease operator concern. The "understanding" delay makes full appreciation a bit tardy. Again, my thanks to Heather for taking the time to help me assure the right sized model chair was purchased for my somewhat shorter than average wife. Since delivery the chair has been employed daily, with highly appreciated results. Now to see if the chair is durable!"
