In-Home Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.
In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

As the roller system massages the neck area, the track continues through to the lower back and then massages the glutes and upper hamstrings. The movement of Osaki OS-Champ's L-Track massage technique offers massage refreshingly on the back of your body.
Zero Gravity Recline
Inspired by NASA technology, the Zero gravity position is the perfect position to enjoy a massage, aligning your back relative to your thigh at optimal comfort. In this position, when the knees are brought above the chest, it will optimize your blood flow to relax the body more. Choose from 2 stages of zero gravity recline positions.
Full Body Airbags
The Champ has 18 airbags on the shoulder, arm, calf, and feet. In addition, the air compression massage helps increase blood circulation through the body to relieve pain and tension. 3 Levels of adjustment are available.
5 Automatic Programs
The Osaki OS-Champ massage chair has five auto massage programs that spend 15 minutes on each massage program. Choose from Relax, Stretch, Upper Back, Lower Back, and Demo programs.
Foot Roller Massage
Dual spinning reflexology massage rollers provide a soothing kneading massage to the bottom of your feet. As the rollers spin, it will stimulate acupuncture points, and as the airbags inflate, it will generate a much deeper massage along the bottoms of your feet. It also has an ankle grip function that holds your foot with a sense of stability.
Heat Therapy
The lumbar has two heating pads that offer heat therapy, which complement the roller and airbag massage. Heating your core temperature increases blood circulation and loosens tense muscles.
Extendable Leg Rest
The extendable footrest can be extended up to 7.6 Inches to reach the desired comfortable position, which fits various heights.
