In-Home Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.
In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

Osaki OS-3D Belmont Massage Chair
The Osaki OS-3D Belmont is a full-featured massage chair that will look great in any room while also providing a soothing full-body massage. Features include 3D massage riding on an L-Track, 12 automatic programs to reduce stress and tension, zero gravity recline for the ultimate relaxation, reflexology foot massage, Bluetooth speakers, and more.
Features
3D Massage Mechanism
The Belmont will automatically scan your body to make sure the massage has a consistent pressure customized to you. In addition, the 3D massage mechanism allows you to adjust the rollers in and out to change the depth. Perfect when you want a light massage or a much deeper massage.
SL-Track
The SL-Track conforms to the curvature of your spine to ensure consistency in your back massage. The Track allows the 3D massage mechanism to travel from your neck, down your back, and wrap underneath your glutes to the top of your hamstrings. The SL-Track is excellent for people with sciatic or hip issues.
Automatic Programs
The Osaki OS-3D Belmont features 12 automatic programs using knocking, kneading, Shiatsu, tapping, sync, and 3D Shiatsu. 9 of the programs are full body, with 3 targeting specific regions. There are many programs to choose from to find your relief. Choose from Extension, Release, Yoga, Thai, Chinese, Ancient, Boss, Lady, Senior, Neck and Shoulder, Waist and Buttock, and Back and Spine.
Air Compression Massage
The Belmont uses 20 air cells at the shoulders, armrests, calves, and feet. The air cells provide a compression massage for a full body massage with five intensity adjustments in three sections.
Zero Gravity Recline
The two-stage zero gravity positions of the Osaki OS-3D Belmont massage chair help distribute gravity's effects across your entire body. This will relieve pressure along your spine, increase relaxation, decreases stress, promotes circulation, and makes for a better massage experience. As the Belmont reclines, the chair will slide forward so you can place the chair within 2 inches from the wall.
Foot Rollers
No massage is complete without a reflexology massage. Underneath your feet is a massage roller to relieve tension in pain from being on your feet all day. Reflexology massage has been known for many health benefits for your body.
Heat Therapy
Who doesn’t like to be nice and warm? The Belmont features heat at the lumbar to help loosen muscle fibers for a better massage. In addition, the heat on the calves can help with recovery from running, cycling, and more.
Extendable Legrest
The spring-loaded legrest of the Osaki OS-3D Belmont extends outward up to 5 inches to accommodate taller people. Just push out with your legs to find the perfect spot.
Bluetooth Speakers
Connect your smartphone to the speakers of the Belmont easily with Bluetooth. Listen to your favorite soothing music, catch on on podcasts, or even listen to audiobooks. You can even charge your cellphone simultaneously with the USB port on the armrest.

The armrest controls give you quick access to standard features such as power, zero gravity, Bluetooth, heat therapy, USB port, and more.
Remote Control
The remote control is simple to use. Standard buttons such as heat, recline, zero gravity, 3D, etc, are easily accessible. In addition, there is a menu system to navigate with the button controls. The menu gives you access to the Osaki OS-3D Belmont massage chair features. During your massage, the LCD screen will show what your massage chair is performing.
