In-Home Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.
In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

Dual 3D/4D Massage Rollers
The Luraco i9 Max Special Edition medical massage chair includes 2 sets of rollers for even more massage coverage. The upper region massage roller is a dual style, which is perfect for neck and shoulder massages. At the same time, the lower region includes a second “Butterfly” massage roller, which is a quad style that extended from the middle of the back to the glutes. Both rollers work together at the same time for an amazing massage.
Blood Pressure and Heart Rate Monitor
The i9 Max Special Edition can operate an optional health monitoring device. The device measures your blood pressure and heart rate.
Backup Battery
If you have lost power in your home, the patented backup battery will allow you to restore the massage chair to the upright position for an easier exit.

Split Track
The patented Split Track delivers the best of both S-Track and L-Tracks. The i9 Max track is flexible, allowing for a more lie-down position over staying in the fixed "L" position. This allows for a true zero gravity recline experience along with superior stretching functions. With the L-Track, you get an excellent massage extending from your neck to your glutes.
3D/4D "Butterfly" Roller
The 3D roller has a patented mechanism with "Butterfly" technology, which feels more like a real masseuse. Luraco calls their roller a 3D but compared to marketing from other brands, it would be considered a 4D roller. The quad-style rollers will massage away your aches, pains, stress, and tension.
Powered Easy Entry Armrest
