In-Home Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.
In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

L-Track Technology
The Brookstone BK-650 massage chair uses an extra-long massage roller track that follows the natural shape of your spine. The L-shaped track allows for massage starting at the back of the head, neck, and shoulders, traveling down the spine contouring underneath the glutes to target the back of the thighs.
3D Massage Roller
The Vario Motion 3D rollers of the BK-650 allow the massage heads to go up and down, side to side, and in and out. The 3D gives you more control over the depth and strength of your massage. 5 levels of depth are available.
Voice Activation
The BK-650 massage chair is equipped with voice activation. Over 30+ voice commands available using Alexa or Google Assistant. Easily control power, chair doctor, switch programs, control massage strength, and more.
Body Scan Technology
The updated body scan technology of the Brookstone BK-650 massage chair ensures that the massage rollers hit all the right areas without causing pain across the shoulder blades. The scan makes sure that the roller applies consistent pressure along all of your muscles.

Air Compression Massage
Waves of full body air compression stimulate the circulatory system, helping speed recovery and eliminate toxins from the body. Shoulders, hands and arms, seat, as well as feet and calves, are relaxed with soothing air compression massage from the 34 airbags with 3 intensity levels.
Automatic Programs
Finding your maximum relief is easy with 16 automatic massage programs. 12 are automatic programs, 1 spot massage, and 3 are custom massage programs. Detailed programs combine Shiatsu, Kneading, Clapping, Tapping, Swedish, Rolling, and Dual Action massage techniques specific to the massage region for the most therapeutic massage available.
Heat Therapy
