In-Home Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.
In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

The massage mechanism is an upgraded 4D system that is even more lifelike than before, with many adjustments to customize. New APP, Touch Screen Tablet, Calf Massage, and more make the Maestro LE extremely versatile.

Upgraded 4D Massage
The Osaki OS-4D Pro Maestro LE has been upgraded to a smoother and even more realistic 4D massage than its predecessor. There are 8 different levels of 4D, 5 of strength, 5 Intensity, and 5-speed adjustments that you can customize to your daily needs.
S/L Track Technology
The Osaki OS-4D Pro Maestro LE combines the S and L track technology for an exceptional massage experience. The S-Track rollers will contour the natural curvature of your spine. The L-Track extends from your neck down past your lower back and finally wraps underneath your glutes to the back of your thighs. The L-Track offers about 50% more massage area than your average S-Track chair.
Heated Back Roller
The Osaki OS-4D Pro Maestro LE has the most advanced back heating system. The roller itself will heat up, acting like hot stones massaging simultaneously. The heated back roller allows for a far greater surface heating area. Experience the luxury of hot stones warming the muscles from your neck to your hamstrings.
Body Scan Technology
The Osaki OS-4D Pro Maestro LE will perform a body scan to map the key areas of the neck and back to ensure the optimal amount of pressure is applied during the massage. The scanning technology will detect your shoulder height, which can be re-calibrated once the scan is complete.
Foot, Bridge, and Heel Massage
Underneath the feet are spinning reflexology rollers for excellent foot massage. The rollers under the feet will travel along the sides and middle of your feet to provide a more hands-on kneading experience. New components have been added to stretch and massage the bridge and heel of the foot for an amazing experience.
Calf Massage
In the Calf area, airbags will inflate while the air massagers will rotate in a circular motion to add a new dimension to the calf massage. This increases the blood flow to your legs.
Space Saving Zero Gravity Recline
Inspired by NASA, the Zero Gravity position is perfect for ultimate relaxation. When placed in the Zero Gravity position, the backrest will support your back weight. Your knees are brought above the chest and will optimize your blood flow to relax your body more. While reclined, the massage will be deeper, reducing compression along your spine. Air Compression Massage
Multiple airbags are located throughout the massage chair to offer a full-body massage experience. The Pro Maestro LE offers a total of 32 airbags that are located at the shoulders, arms, waist pelvis, and calf areas. This compression massage helps to increase blood circulation throughout the body to relieve pain and tension.

The Osaki OS-4D Pro Maestro LE has 8 automatic massage programs to allieve your aches and pains. Choose from Demo, Relax, Swing, Strethc, Scraping, Shiatsu, Gentle Relief, and Rejuvenate programs.
Leg Extension
The ottoman will extend and retract inwards, then apply pressure with your feet when the optimum length is reached. You can also adjust with the remote if you need to adjust the length afterward.
Bluetooth Speaker
The Osaki OS-4D Pro Maestro LE has Bluetooth technology and an Amphitheater sound system that reduces the surrounding noise and enhances your listening experience.
New Touch Screen Tablet
The Osaki OS-4D Pro Maestro LE massage chair has a new Touch Screen Remote Tablet. The remote has a large screen for your convenience to manage all of the functions of the massage chair. While the massage chair is running, the screen will show what the massage chair is doing.
Quick Controls
On the side of the inner armrest of the Maestro LE, you can access Power, Play/Pause, Auto, Zero Gravity, and 4D adjustment. You can even charge your device using the available USB outlet while using your phone or tablet.
Wireless Charger
The Osaki OS-4D Pro Maestro LE includes a new wireless charger. You can charge your smartphone on the wireless charging place on the hand area while relaxing on the massage chair.
iPhone and Android APP
You can download the APP from the iPhone APP store or the Google Play store. Once installed, you can operate the Osaki OS-4D Pro Maestro LE massage chair with all of the features of the remote control.
