In-Home Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.
In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

6-Node 4D Back Mechanism
The Kaizen features a unique massage roller that combines dual and quad-style rollers for a total of 6 massage nodes in one massage mechanism. The back mechanism provides more massage contact than almost all massage chairs on the market. In addition, the precise body scan ensures that all the right spots are massaged and customized for your body. Choose from 8 strength settings for a deep tissue massage.
41” L-Track
The 41” L-Track of the Kyota Kaizen M680 massage chair allows the 6-Node 3D back mechanism to travel from your neck, down your back, and down to your glutes.
Unique Arm Kneading Rollers
The Kaizen M680 has an exclusive power arm, wrist, and hand kneading massage roller developed to help reduce pain and inflammation. They are combined with air compression massage for the ultimate arm massage.
Calf and Foot Massage
Take your leg massage to a new level. The Kyota Kaizen M680 massage chair combines calf rollers with oscillating calf airbag kneading to work out those sore legs after a long day. Combine your massage with the rollers underneath your feet to take away the aches and pains.
