Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.
In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

The Osaki OS-Pro Soho II Massage Chair features heated 4D rollers, zero gravity, and foot rollers at an affordable price. The Soho is an S-Track chair with many classic design elements, such as a retractable ottoman and clean lines that can fit even in the smallest of spaces (up to 3.15" from the wall) as a space saver. Osaki OS-Pro Soho II Features
4D Massage
The newly enhanced 4D massage is designed to massage wider, deeper, and more rhythmically than the conventional massage rollers. The 4D massage of the Osaki OS-Pro Soho II allows you to experience the speed and rhythm of the massage. The Osaki OS-Pro Soho II allows for five different adjustment levels for the 4D massage. With the variety of adjustment levels, you can customize the massage to suit your personal preferences.
Heated Rollers
The rollers are heated to simulate the hot stones often used in massage therapy. The warmth helps loosen sore muscles for a deeper and better massage.
Body Scan Technology
The Osaki OS-Pro Soho II massage chair will perform a body scan to map the key areas of the neck and back to ensure the optimal amount of pressure applied during the massage. The scanning technology will detect your shoulders height, which can be re-calibrated once the scan is complete.
J-Track Technology
The Soho II massage chair has a J-track that conforms to the curvature of the spine and extends down to the glutes. It also has a quad massage roller head system that provides a more human-like massage.
Space Saving Zero Gravity Recline
Inspired by NASA, the Zero Gravity position is the perfect position for ultimate relaxation. When placed in the Zero Gravity position, the weight of your back will be virtually supported by the backrest. In this position, when the knees are brought above the chest will optimize your blood flow to relax the body more. This will, in turn, help to maximize the intensity of the massage and reduces the compression along your spine. The chair only needs 4.5" from the backrest to the wall, which reduces the amount of space the chair takes up during reclining.
Full Body Air Massage
Multiple airbags are located throughout the massage chair to offer a full-body massage experience. The Soho II offers a total of 30 airbags in the massage chair. Airbags are located at the shoulders, arms, waist and pelvis, and calf areas. This compression massage helps increase blood circulation throughout the body to relieve pain and tension.
Automatic Programs
The OS-Pro Soho II has six automatic programs, Neck/Shoulder, Strengthen, Relax, Thai, Recover, and Sleeping, to relieve your aches and pains. The chair performs five different massage techniques: Kneading, Tapping, Shiatsu, Clapping, and Rolling
Foot Rollers with Calf and Knee Heat
The Soho II’s unique foot massage is unlike any other on the market; its specialized rollers pay special attention to the sole of your foot. By naturally following the contour of the foot, the Soho II both rolls and scrapes your foot with extra care and deliberation.
Bluetooth Speakers
The Osaki OS-Pro SOHO II massage chair has Bluetooth technology and an Amphitheater sound system that reduces the surrounding noise, enhancing your listening experience. You can listen to your favorite music on Osaki’s highest-grade audio speakers located on the headrest. It is advised to activate the Bluetooth speakers at the lowest volume before playing music and gradually increase them to the desired level. The blue light on the speakers will indicate if the speakers have synced with your device.
Remote Control
The Slim LCD remote control is very simple to use. The massage timer can be set with 5-minute adjustments starting from 5 minutes up to 30 minutes.
