In-Home Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.
In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

Quad Roller
The Osaki OS-7200H Pinnacle Massage Chair comes equipped with twin quad style rollers that are made to mimic human hands. The longer 31" roller stroke allows the massage roller to reach from your neck all the way to your tail bone for people 5'2" to 6'5".
Body Scan Technology
Experience the most human-like massage from Osaki. The new enhanced 3D massage rollers of the Osaki OS-7200H Pinnacle are designed to massage wider and deeper than conventional massage rollers. The 3D technology allows you to extend out or protrude the massage heads for a super deep massage. The 3D intensity has five different levels, ranging from normal to very strong. With the 3D technology, reaching and massaging the acupuncture points becomes effortless with better precision and depth, leaving you revitalized.
2 Stage Zero Gravity Recline
The Osaki OS-7200H Pinnacle has an automatic multi-stage zero-gravity recline system. Zero Gravity was originally developed by NASA to alleviate compression along your spine. Just hit a button and the chair pivots, reclines, and elevates your legs to a "zero-gravity" position that helps relieve pressure from head to toe. The second "Zero-Gravity Position" reclines even further delivering a more intense massage experience.
51 Airbag Compression System
The Osaki OS-7200H Pinnacle massage chair comes equipped with 51 airbags and are accurately placed to massage vital areas such as the neck, shoulder, back, seat, arms, hands, calves, feet, and the lumbar area. There are also 5 levels of intensity settings that allow you to customize the massage to your preference.
Upper Shoulder Massage
The ends of the shoulder where tension tends to build up can now be massaged by squeezing the muscles in that area.
Arm and Hand Massage
Multiple airbags are located on the top and bottom of the arms that inflate to apply a soothing compression massage along the forearm and hand to relieve tension and aches.
Hip and Pelvis Massage
In the seat and hips of the Osaki OS-7200H Pinnacle massage chair are 6 airbags that inflate squeezing the hips inwards. The soft air stimulation works on the thighs by stretching the muscles.
Foot and Calf Massage
Multiple airbags are located along the sides and back of the legs and feet inflate to apply a compression massage. Located along the bottom foot massager are pressure point balls that administer a concentrated pin-point massage.
Heat Therapy
Located along the shoulders of the Osaki OS-7200H Pinnacle massage chair are 2 heat pads to apply heating, to loosen muscle tissue so that the rollers can apply a more effective and deeper massage. May help relieve mild stress and tension in the neck and shoulders.

For your listening pleasure and convenience, located just behind the remote is a storage compartment for your MP3 or iPod/iPhone with a speaker connector. Play your favorite music from your device directly to the chair. Quality compact speakers have been mounted in the shoulder massagers directed at your ears for a clear crisp sound.
Chromotherapy

Pedestal LCD Remote Control
At the top of the handheld remote is a large LCD that displays the actions of the massage chair, showing the time remaining, type of massage being applied, the area of massage, intensity, speed, and much more. To access the manual mode, flip open the lid at the bottom of the remote and select the massage type, intensity, speed, and location. You can also select the area of airbag massage independently.
