In-Home Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight company will deliver your massage chair inside your home (no stairs) just inside the doorway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly is required and can take 30-90 minutes, depending on the chair.
In-Home Delivery and Assembly – Avg. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
In-Home Delivery and Assembly is the same as White Glove Delivery. Your massage chair will be shipped via Freight to the White Glove Delivery warehouse. They will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date when they receive your order.
The White Glove Delivery team consists of a two person installation team that will deliver (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpack, and install your massage chair in your room of choice. These are not professional massage chair installation experts but a furniture installation team. They may or may not have installed your massage chair model before.
Massage chairs are heavy, so make sure you have some extra help to move the boxes and help in assembly.

Osaki Pro OS-3D Opulent Massage Chair

The zero gravity recline will help decompress your spine, which is perfect after work sitting at the computer working. The 3D roller will massage your neck to your glute, relieving aches and pains. Choose from 15 automatic or 4 targeted programs to find the relief you need.

3D Massage Mechanism
Once you start a program, the chair will perform a body scan to find your body shape to customize the massage. The 3D massage rollers move up and down, side to side, and in and out. The controllable depth allows for a lighter or deeper massage when needed. The Opulent massage mechanism has 6 levels of depth, 5 levels of speed, 5 levels of strength, 5 levels of intensity, and 3 levels of width
SL-Track
The Osaki Pro OS-3D Opulent includes an L-shaped track that guides the 3D massage roller from your neck and extends down to your glutes. The roller will also follow the S-shaped curve of your spine located during the body scan for a consistent and accurate massage across your body.
Space Saving Zero Gravity Recline
The zero gravity position will recline the backrest and raise the legrest, stopping where your knees are at about your heart level. This position allows for a better massage experience and helps to decompress the spine, which is perfect for people with a lot of back pain. As your chair reclines into the zero gravity position, the chair will also slide forward, so you only need 2" from the chair to the wall.
Compression Massage
The 32 air cells provide a full body massage from top to bottom. Air cells are located at the shoulders, arms, hips, calves, and feet, with 5 levels of intensity to choose from.
15 + 4 Automatic Programs
The Osaki Pro OS-3D Opulent has 15 full-body automatic programs using Kneading, Tapping, Swedish, Shiatsu, Clapping, and Rolling massage techniques for any relief you may need. Choose from Office Pro, Neck Care, Lady, Awakening, Nap, Sweet Dream, Yoga Shaping, Men's Fitness, Elderly Care, Speeding Relax, Deep Relax, Sedentariness Relax, Stretch, Recover, and Thai. There are also 4 special programs specifically targeting the Neck and Shoulders, Back, Lower Back, and Legs.
Heat Therapy
Heat therapy helps to loosen up the muscle fibers for a better massage, helps improve circulation to the area for faster recovery, and helps to ease pain. Heat is located in the lumbar, calves, and includes a shawl. You can use the shawl on your back the heat from your lumbar to your neck or put it over the front of your body to warm your core.
Reflexology Massage
Powerful Foot Rollers are designed to target stress and tension in your feet. These acupuncture-enabled foot rollers are integrated to soothe after a day on your feet.
Automatic Extendable Footrest
The footrest can extend outward up to 7 inches, allowing people up to 6'3" to enjoy a massage. As the program begins, the legrest will extend outward and then retract to the perfect length. You can adjust it further with the remote or the quick controls on the armrest.
Bluetooth Speakers
Connect your smartphone to Bluetooth speakers and listen to relaxing music or sounds, audiobooks, and more to help you unwind.
Device Charging
Charge your smartphone while your body recharges. Included with the Osaki Pro OS-3D Opulent massage chair is a wireless charging pad for Qi-enabled smartphones, or you can use the USB port.

With the quick controls in the armrest, you can control the power, backrest recline, legrest height, and legrest extension.
Remote Control
The handheld remote control features an LCD touchscreen. You can quickly cycle through the menu to access all of the features at your fingertips and then store it in the remote pocket. Choose from English and Chinese.
